Looking for a private lesson for a group? You’re in luck. We offer that too!

Absolutely. We offer open play time where you can grab a table for yourself and three others. We also offer leagues! See our Games page for more details.

While we strongly recommend reserving your spot or table ahead of time to make sure there is room for you and no other event going on at that time, if you happen to be in the area and we have the space, we’d love to welcome you!

Nope! We’ve got everything you need. (although of course you are welcome to bring a favorite set from home!)

We master in mahj, but we have plenty of games to suit your fancy. We offer playing cards for games like canasta and bridge, rummikub, and more! Come check out our games library to see all your options IRL.

Of course! No forced game playing! We’re all about hosting you with or without games. Bridal and baby showers, bachelorette and birthday parties, book clubs or just a night out with friends. We can host groups ranging in size from 4 to 25. Inquire about your event here!

Included in any and all reservations, our guests have access to coffee, tea, a variety of bubbly drinks (water and soda) and what we like to call “spa snacks” (think nuts, candy, crackers and other munchables!)

In addition, we will have a small selection of premium snacks and drinks for sale (canned mocktails, juices, protein snacks and more) to power you through your games.

After that, it’s up to you! You and your group are more than welcome to bring in lunch, dinner or fancy snacks to share with each other from anywhere! You will have access to a fridge if needed to store as well as a microwave should you need to rewarm.

We do not allow liquor at One Bam Bird. The only exception is if you hire a licensed bartender for a private event. It’s sad…but think how your liver will thank you! And we make a mean mocktail.

Our parking is a dream. We know this is no small thing in Minnesota. There is a large surface lot for our strip mall with plenty of parking for everyone.

Of course! We absolutely love having guys in the space. And we find they are surprised how much they love the game.

So while we adore kids, we also want to make OBB an escape from chaos. For lessons, leagues and open play, we prefer to keep the crowd 14+. Of course there are exceptions so let us know if you have one! We do love holding tiny babies. For private events, guests of any age are more than welcome.

Yes! Our space will have a Experience Host to make sure you not only have a coffee in your hand but also are there to celebrate your wins. We’ve even been known to step into a game or two if someone has to cancel last minute!

You betcha. In our mind, it’s the perfect gift for that impossible to buy for person.

We sure do. Our studio’s retail “moment” is one of our favorite parts. Think of it as a teeny Patina or Anthropology shop. Cute gifts for others or a special little something for yourself.
